Efficient Workflow Solutions Acquired By Canadian Firm

Grand Junction, Colorado-based Efficient Workflow Solutions, a developer of software for the moving and storage industry, has been acquired, according to Toronto, Canada-based Constellation Software. Constellation Software said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. acquired Efficient Workflow Solutions. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. EWS President James Saad said the entire team at the firm is expected to join Gary Jonas Computing.
