Next Great Place Raises $1M For Travel Planning

Denver-based Next Great Place, an online travel startup, said today that it has scored $1M in seed capital and is launching its online travel service. The firm, which says it was co-founded by Tom Filippini and Erik Mitisek, said the site will streamline the process of planning unique, complex vacations, via a membership-only service. The firm said its service is in beat, and will officially launch in Q1 of last year. Fillippini is founder of destination travel club Exclusive Resorts. More information »
