Zayo Expands In Nashville

Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Colocation, the colocation businesses arm of Zayo Group, said today that it has expanded into Nashville, Tennessee. Zayo said that its zColo business now has a 9,000 square foot data center in downtown Nashville, which will provide colocation, interconnection, and bandwidth services. The firm credited high demand for colocation services, and complementary assets of the firm in the area for the expansion into Nashville. Zayo recently acquired American Fiber Systems, which has major fiber network assets in Nashville. Zayo's colocation group is run by David Howson; Zayo Group is headed up by Dan Caruso.
