Aircell Rebrands Business Aviation Internet To Gogo Biz
Capitalizing on the popularity of the firm's consumer-focused, Internet access for the commercial airline market, Broomfield, Colorado-based Aircell said today that it is rebranding its Aircell High Speed Internet services to Gogo Biz Inflight Internet. Aircell said that the move would "more closely align" its services in business aviation and commercial airlines. Gogo Biz - Inflight Internet for Business Aviation allows owners of private aircraft to install equipment to access the Internet, based on a monthly fee. Gogo Inflight Internet for Commercial Airlines is the firm's service which allows consumers on commercial airline partners to access the Internet. Aircell's Business Aviation customers include aircraft manufacturers and fractional and charter operations such as Clay Lacy Aviation, Flight Options, XOJET and NetJets. The firm's commercial airline customers American Airlines, Virgin America, Delta Air Lines, AirTran Airways, US Airways, United Airlines, Air Canada and Alaska Airlines.
