Level 3 Upgrades London to Frankfurt Network

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications said this morning that it has upgraded its fiber-optic network connection between London and Frankfurt. The firm said the move will improve the latency on the route, plus its Frankfurt-to-New York and Frankfurt-to-Chicago routes. As part of the upgrade, the telecom provider said that it will offer two latency route speeds across that network, based on customer requimrents. The firm said the upgrade will help its address needs of its international enterprise and financial service provider customers.
