Ascent Solar Begins Production

Thornton, Colorado-based Ascent Solar Technologies said today that it has started initial production at its FAB 2 production plan. The firm said that it began initial production ofits monolithically integrated flexible CIGS modules at the plant. The firm did not give details on the ultimate customer for its flexible photovoltaic modules.
