RightNow: 100 Social Web Monitoring Customers

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow reported this morning that the firm now has nearly 100 enterprise customers using its products for monitoring social web conversations. The firm said that the customer include such firms as CBS interactive, Drugstore.com, J&P Cycles, and Nikon. RightNow added the ability to monitor social networking sites such as Twitter, YouTube, and RSS feeds for mentions of brands and customers through RightNow Cloud Monitor, a part of its RightNow CX product, in February.
