RightNow Revs Software
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, a provider of customer support software-as-a-service tools, launched a new version of its RightNow CX customer support product today. Among the enhancements to the platform is the addition of a number of social media focused features, including a monitoring service on Twitter and YouTube about products and brands; an online platform for creating communities for users; and a peer-driven, question and answer features called RightNow Support Community.
