inContact Names VPs

Salt Lake City-based inContact, a developer of call center software, announced today that it has named two vice presidents. The firm said it has added Bassam Salem as its Senior Vice President, Professional Services, and named Neeraj Sen as its Vice President Research and Development. Salem joins from Omniture, where he was Senior Director, Worldwide Client Services, and also has served at Siebel Systems, IBM Global Services, and Philips Electronics. Sen was most recently at Zinnov, LLC, and has also served at Kronos, NewMarket International, IBM, and GTE Internetworking.
