MidTech Partners Acquired By IT Provider

Denver-based MidTech Partners, a provider of IT services to the health care industry, has been acquired by Washington firm Evolute Consolidated Holdings, the firms said yesterday. The firms did not disclose financial details of the acquisition, which closed on December 31st. MidTech founder Joseph Fabrizio has become president and COO of Evolute, a provider of Microsoft-based services in the health care area.
