Ajubeo Acquired By Grey Mountain Partners

Boulder-based cloud infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider Ajubeo has been acquired, by Boulder private equity firm Grey Mountain Partners, the firms said today. Financial term sof the deal were not disclosed. Grey Mountain Partners said it conducted the deal through an affiliate, Infrastructures Investors LLC. Ajubeo provides cloud-based infrastructure and services through data centers in Denver, New York, and London. Ajubeo was co-founded by Tom Whitcomb and Chuck Price.
