Footnote.com Opens WWII Data In December
Lindon, Utah-based Footnote.com, an online site feature historical documents, said today that it will be making its WWII collection of historical documents free to the public during December, in honor of Pearl Harbor Day. The firm said the data includes an Interactive USS Arizona Memorial, which allows people to view the actual wall of names and search for people they know. Footnote said its WWII collection features of 10 million records, documents, and photos from the National Archives.
