Ping Links With Security Provider

Denver-based Ping Identity is in a deal with ArcSight, a provider of security and compliance software, ArcSight said today. ArcSight said it is planning a joint solution with Ping Identity, to provide its customers with in-depth visibility into their applications, IT infrastructure, and cloud applications. Ping's software is used being for single-sign on to cloud services. ArcSight said that by using Ping's PingFederate software, its users will be able to logon to networks through their normal Windows logon process, and have those logons logged with ArcSight's software.
