Evolving Systems Expands In India

Englewood, Colorado-based Evolving Systems, which provides software and services to the wireless and cable market, announced Thursday that it has opened up a new facility in Bangalore. The firm said the new facility consolidates a number of other Bangalore facilities operated by the company, and will house more than 120 employees. The firm said the facility will focus on the firm's Dynamic SIM Allocation product, which is used by wireless carriers to provision phone numbers at the time of first use, instead of when a SIM card is shipped, which helps those carrier manage their network capacity.
