RightNow Powers RealNetworks
Bozeman-based RightNow, a develoer of customer relationship management (CRM) software, said today that it is powering the customer service efforts of RealNetworks, and specifically for Rhapsody, RealArcade, and RealPlayer. The firm claims that RealNetworks is now seeing more than 40 percent of its customers resolving their issues online, without escalating to an agent. Financial details of the win have not been released.
