TheraDoc Signs Detroit Hospital

Salt Lake City-based TheraDoc, a developer of clinical decision support tools for the healthcare industry, disclosed today that the firm has been selected by Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Size of the customer win was not disclosed by the firm. According to TheraDoc, the hospital will use its patient safety surveillance and clinical decision support technology as part of efforts to combat hospital-acquired infections, and drug-resistant infection disease. TheraDoc's software is used to monitor cases of infections, and specifically by pharmacists to manage use of antibiotics.
