CSG Targets Retailers

Englewood, Colorado-based CSG Systems announced Thursday that the firm's Prairie Interactive Messaging unit has released a new product focused on retailers. According to CSG, the new offering--Customer Interaction Solutions Suite--is aimed at delivering personalized interactive voice, SMS and text, email, and print communications to retailers. CSG recently acquired Nebraska-based Prairie Interactive Messaging. CSG is a provider of subscirber management and billing services to the cable, satellite, and other industries.
