TechStars' Gyminee Acquires Exertrack

TechStars startup Gyminee said today that it has acquired Exertrack, an online provider of fitness tracking software and programs. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Gyminee, which is one of this summer's slate of 10 startups in the Boulder TechStars startup incubation program, operates an online social network for online fitness; the firm is based in Huntsville, Alabama. According to Gyminee, the merger brings over 11,000 new members to the firm's services, which now boast more than 46,000 members.
