Aztek Networks Names CFO

Boulder, Colorado-based Aztek Networks said Tuesday that the firm has named a new CFO, Daryl Overholt. Overholt replaces Carl Maneri, who is retiring from the firm. Overholt joins the firm from Sequel Venture Partners, where he was for the last 5 years. Overholt has also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Aztek Networks is a provider of communications equipment for the emergency services/911 market. Overholt was a Controller at Sequel, which is also an investor in Aztek Networks.
