Collective Intellect Signs Canadian Brokerage

Boulder-based Collective Intellect said this week that it has signed its first international agreement, with RBC Direct Investing, the brokerage division for the Royal Bank of Canada. According to Collective Intellect, RBC Direct Investing will use its application to scrape information about customers' investments from blogs and message boards. Financial impact of the deal were not disclosed. Collective iNtellect's software will be used to track, filter, and rank content from blogs, message boards, and others to analyze information about companies.
