Adam Aircraft Shuts Down Operations
Englewood-based Adam Aircraft, a designer and manufacturer of carbon composite aircraft, said earlier this week that it has shut down its operations. The firm said that it has suspended operations in Colorado, due to the inability of the company to come to terms with their lender. No other details on the shutdown were given. Adam Aircraft had raised $105M in funding last June. The shutdown follows a move January 17th which resulted in the firm suspending its Ogden, Utah operations, transfer of operations from Pueblo to Englewood, and a layoff of employees.
