Adam Aircraft Raises $105M
Englewood, Colorado-based Adam Aircraft, a designer and manufacturer of carbon composite aircraft, said Tuesday that it has raised $105M in a round of financing. The financing round included a senior secured credit facility with Morgan Stanley Senior Funding. The firm said the company plans to use the new capital to accelerate production of its FAA-certified A500 piston twin, and to complete certification of its A700 VLJ. Adam Aircraft also has facilities in Pueblo, Colorado, and Ogden, Utah. More information »
