Limelight Networks Names Board Member

Digital media content delivery network Limelight Networks Inc. reported today that it has added Doug Lindroth to its board of directors. With the addition of Lindroth, Limelight's board now has 10 directors, the Tempe, Ariz.-based company noted. Limelight said the 41-year-old Lindroth has served as a general partner at Bayview Investment Co. since November 2005. From April 2006 to May 2007, Lindroth was senior vice president and chief financial officer of BakBone Software Inc. And from 1997 through February 2006, Lindroth held various titles—including chief financial officer—for Memec Group Holdings Ltd. Limelight added that Lindroth also serves on the boards of BakBone Software and Visual Sciences Inc.
