Newman Venture Advisors Adds Partner In Bay Area

Newman Venture Advisors, a Boulder area firm that provides advice and strategic consulting to early and mid stage startups, said today in its blog that it has added Jerry Newman as a Senior Partner at the firm. Newman was most recently at Bears Stearns, where he managed the company's venture capital coverage. Newman has also served at Hambrecht and Quist, Cowen & Co., JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. Newman Venture Advisors is run by Jerry Newman's son, Ari Newman. Jerry Newman is in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will open an office. NVA also has offices in Boulder, Colorado. More information »
