SkyeTek, GAO RFID Ink Reseller Agreement

SkyeTek, a manufacturer of embedded radio frequency identification computer chips, announced Monday that it has signed a reseller agreement with Canada's GAO RFID Inc., an international provider of embedded and fixed wireless readers and tags. SkyeTek said GAO RFID will re-brand SkyeTek's entire line of RFID reader modules and other products throughout North America. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Based in Toronto, GAO RFID supplies its readers, tags and middleware to several industries, including health care, manufacturing, transportation and defense. Headquartered in Westminster, Colo., SkyeTek sells its RFID-related hardware and software exclusively through original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and distributors.
