Mobility Electronics Expands Board

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Mobility Electronics said today that it has added Peter L. Ax to its board of directors. Ax is a managing partner at Phoenix Capital Management, and also served on the board of Meritage Homes Corporation. Ax also is on the advisory board for investment banking firm Cascadia Capital. Mobility Electronics is a publicly held developer of power adapters for the computer, mobile phone, and portable device market.
