Mobility Electronics Buys Think Outside

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Mobility Electronics, a provider of portable power systems and accessories, has acquired Think Outside, a maker of Bluetooth keyboards for $2.5M. Mobility said today it will acquire substantially all of Think Outside's assets, in an all stock deal. Think Outside develops foldable keyboards used for Bluetooth enabled smartphones and handheld devices. Mobility reported that Think Outside had approximately $1.0M in revenues for the first quarter of the year. Mobility is a provider of universal power adapters for portable computers and other mobile devices.
