ePayments Acquires Georgia Firm

Denver-based ePayments said Monday that it has acquired Georgia-based Check Collection and Recovery, a firm which provides check recovery and credit card processing. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ePayments said that it will continue to maintain CCR's offices in St. Simons Island, Georgia, and also expects staffing levels there to increase. ePayments is a provider of electronic payments processing and support services.
