Aha! Software Gets Minority Investment

Orlando, Florida-based Connextions, a provider of business process outsourcing, said Thursday that it has acquired a minority interest in Denver, Colorado-based Aha! Software LLC. Aha! Software is a provider of predictive analytics software used for forecasting and optimizing sales pipelines. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Connextions said that the deal gives it exclusive rights to use Aha's technology in the direct-to-consumer insurance sector of the healthcare industry. Connextions acquired Boulder's bConnected Software, another provider of CRM software, in June.
