iLinc Appoints Development VP

Phoenix, Arizona-based web conferencing provider iLinc Communications said Thursday that it has hired on Frank Gartland as the firm's Vice President of Product Development and Technology. Gartland joins the firm from Thomson NETg, and has also served at Incentive Logic and Mastering Computers. According to iLinc, Gartland was most recently director of product development at Thomson NETg, developing virtual classroom instruction training. iLinc is a provider of Web conferencing software.
