iLinc Adds Flynn to Board of Directors
Phoenix-based iLinc Communications Inc., a developer of Web-conferencing software, revealed Thursday that it has named Michael T. Flynn to its board of directors. According to iLinc, Flynn will fill the seat vacated by Craig Stull, who served as board director for nearly three years and who is resigning effective July 1. iLinc said Flynn, who has 36 years of telecommunications experience, will officially join the board on that day. Previously, Flynn served as director of WebEx from January 2004 until May 2007, when Cisco Systems acquired WebEx, iLinc said. iLinc added that Flynn also serves on the boards of Airspan Networks, Equity Media Holdings Corp., GENBAND, and Calix.
