Vcommerce Signs Agreement With Target

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Vcommerce, a provider of online marketing and storefronts for the e-commerce market, said today that it has formalized an agreement with Target Corporation to implement the firm's Vcommerce Enterprise product. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vcommerce said that Target will use the software for support its drop-ship network. Vcommerce provides ecommerce and fulfillment to online retailers, including Overstock.com, eToys Direct, and others. Target had previously been disclosed as a customer of the firm. Vcommerce is venture backed by Internet Capital Group.
