Vcommerce Targets Sarbanes-Oxley

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Vcommerce, a provider of commerce and fulfillment systems, said this week that it has been audited by KPMG to help its customers with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Vcommerce said it received a SAS 70 Type II audit certification, for its information technology and related processes. Vcommerce said that it obtained the audit as more and more of its clients fall under the influence of Sabranes Oxley Section 404 requirements. Vcommerce provides software and web-based services for managing e-commerce catalogs and online stores. The company is backed by Internet Capital Group and others.
