Omniture Signs Equity Residential

Orem, Utah-based Omniture Inc., a developer of online business-optimization software, announced Thursday that it has added yet another customer for the firm's web analytics offerings. Omniture said that rental housing specialist Equity Residential is using Omniture's Web analytics software to boost its online sales leads. Equity Residential is using Omniture's web analytics applications with user-experience software from OpinionLab and running them through Omniture's Genesis integration platform. Equity Residential is an owner, operator and developer of multi-family housing, and maintains more than 160,000 apartments in 608 properties throughout 24 states and the District of Columbia, Omniture said. Omniture's web analytics software is used by companies to monitor their web sites.
