Accellos Purchases Maximum Data Solutions

Supply chain management specialist Accellos Inc. announced last week that it has acquired Maximum Data Solutions, a provider of data collection and warehouse management technology services for Microsoft Dynamics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Accellos said it will continue to market and support the Maximum Data product line but ultimately plans to combine it with Accellos' One Warehouse, an integrated suite of storage and supply products. David Carleton and Jeffrey Wright founded Maximum Data Solutions in 1999. Accellos is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo.
