Accellos Acquires Radio Beacon, Headwater

Colorado Springs-based Accellos, a provider of logistics and transportation management solutions, said yesterday that it has acquired Toronto, Ontario-based Radio Beacon, Inc. along with Headwater Technology Solutions, a provider of logistics solutions. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not announced. Radio Beacon provides technology for the warehouse management logistics industry. Headwater supplies logistics software. Accellos provides supply chain solutions targeted at the logistics, 3PL transportation, warehouse and mobile fleet management industry and is funded by Centennial Ventures, The Hillman Company, Murphree Venture Partners, and Roynat Capital.
