Solera Networks Names New CEO
Lindon, Utah-based Solera Networks, a provider of packet capture, storage and technology for monitoring and analyzing Ethernet networks, said today that it has named a new CEO. The firm said that it has promoted its VP of Sales and Marketing, Steve Shillingford, to the position of President and CEO. Shillingford replaces Terry Haas, who security firm Watchguard recently had appointed as VP International Sales. No reason for the executive shuffle was given. Solera also said it doubled its space in a new Lindon, Utah facility. Solera is backed by venture capital firm Canopy Group.
