ZEVEX Acquired By Moog

Salt Lake City, Utah-based ZEVEX International annoucned today that its shareholders have approved the merger of the firm with a wholly owned subsidiary of Moog. ZEVEX is a medical device company that develops sensors, surgical tools, and medical electronic systems. Moog is a manufacturer of precious control components and systems.
