Intermap Acquires GIS Application Developer

Denver, Colorado-based Intermap Technologies has acquired a Czech provider of GIS applications software, the firm said Tuesday. Intermap has acquired MultiMedia Computer s.r.o. The deal includes MMC's customer base and software platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Intermap is a provider of GIS data and information.
