Insight Sells PC Division

Tempe, Arizona-based Insight Enterprises announced today that it is in a definitive agreement to sell the firm's PC Wholesale division. It said that it will sell the division for $10M plus $20M for net assets acquired, to SYNNEX Corporation. The sale is expected to close on February 27th. PC Wholesale is a distributor of IT products, and sells to PC resellers, and had sales of approximately $224M last year.
