HealthCare Insight Acquired By ISO

Jersey City, New Jersey-based ISO, a provider of risk management services and databases, said today that it has acquired Salt Lake City-based HealthCare Insight LLC. HealthCare Insight is a provider of automated modeling and profiling tools for prevention of healthcare claims fraud. Financial terms were not disclosed. HealthCare Insight's products are used to flag suspect claims and billing patterns. ISO said that HealthCare Insight will continue to operate from its Sandy, Utah headquarterse, and will continue to be headed by Barry Johnson.
