UVEF Names Canopy's Heinz As Utah Entrepeneur of the Year

The Utah Valley Entrepreneur Forum (UVEF) has named Ron Heinz as Utah Entrepeneur of the Year, the group said yesterday afternoon. Heinz is managing director of Canopy Ventures, and has previously served as CEO of Helius, Phobos, and SonicWALL, which acquired Phobos in 2003. Heinz has also served at Novell and Xerox. The UVEF awards a winner each December to honor local business leaders.
