HomeSphere Sells Software Product Lines

Lakewood, Colorado-based HomeSphere said today that it has sold its Build 360 and BuildSoft software product lines to Toronto-based Constellation HomeBuilder Systems. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. HomeSphere said it will focus its resources on its supply chain services, which it offers to the building industry. HomeSphere provides supply chain services and technology for homebuilders.
