Business Network Consulting Buys Dallas IT Firm

Denver, Colorado-based Business Network Consulting, a provider of IT consulting services, said Thursday that it has acquired Dallas, Texas-based Version 4, a small IT consulting services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Version 4 employes 13 staff across Texas, and serves the oil/gas and construction industry. Business Network Consulting said that the acquisition follows a deal to acquire Colorado-based JSSolutions in September, and allows it to grow regionally.
