Quisitive Acquired By Fusion Agiletech Partners

Dallas- and Denver-based technology consulting firm Quisitive has been acquired by Canadian consulting company Fusion Agiletech Partners, the two companies said this week, in an effort to bolster Fusion Agiletech's Microsoft consulting business. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Quisitive said the acquisition is part of a broader effort to acquire Microsoft-focused IT services company. Quisitive had been led by CEO and President Mike Reinhart, who will become CEO of the combined firm.
