AMI Semi Gets Win

Pocatello, Idaho-based AMI Semiconductor has scored a design win at a maker of cochlear implants. AMI Semiconductor said today that Cochlear Limited, an Australian designer of cochlear implants for hearing loss, has selected AMI as its semiconductor co-design and manufacturing partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AMI is a designer and manufacturer of mixed signal and digital semiconductors.
