Test Advantage Buys Philippine Firm

Tempe, Arizona-based Test Advantage, a provider of automated test equipment (ATE) for the semiconductor industry, said today that it has acquired Phillippines-based Microstats, LLC, a provider of hardware repair services for the automated test equipment (ATE) market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Test Advantage is owned by Boston Semi Equipment Group (BSE).
