Avanquest Signs Datang Mobile

Denver, Colorado-based Avanquest has signed an agreement to bundle its software with a Chinese maker of TD-SCDMA network products. Avanquest said yesterday that Datang Mobile, a provider of 3G TD-SCDMA PC cards, will include its Mobile PhoneTools software in a bundle. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Datang provides handsets and infrastructure for TD-SCDMA networks, a Chinese 3G network standard. Avanquest's software is used for synchronizing mobile information with desktop PCs.
