RightNow Hires Exec

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies said Monday that it has added a new President of Field Operations. RightNow said that Jay C. Rising has joined the company, replacing Peter Dunning, who is leaving for a CEO opportunity. Rising was most recently President of Automatic Data Processing's National Accounts Division, and has also served at American Express. More information »
