AeroAstro Acquires SRC

Virginia-based AeroAstro has acquired Littleton, Colorado-based Signal Research Corporation (SRC), a provider of products for the intelligence and space market, the firm said today. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AeroAstro acquired the majority of the assets of SRC, saying that the acquisition would extend its capabilities into space-based payloads, radios, communications, signal detection and space systems.
